The 5-day tour will take you to know the magic of Cusco, in southern Peru.

You will know the Inca citadel of Machu Picchu, the Sacred Valley and the Archaeological Centers of Sacsayhumán, Tambomachay and Qenqo.

  • The minimum altitude is in Aguas Calientes at 2,050 meters/6,725 feet.
What is the best season for the 5-day tour Machu Picchu and Mountain 7 colors?

The ideal season is undoubtedly the dry season (April – October), especially the months of June and August are usually the most crowded due to more stable weather conditions. Sunny days and less chance of rain.

Is it important to acclimate for this trip?

Yes. Most people adapt well in 1-2 days to the altitude of 3,400 meters in Cusco. So acclimatization is indispensable to fully enjoy each day without worrying about altitude sickness or soroche.
